NAS Medical has a small but highly experienced team of ringside medics (7 doctors, 2 nurses and paramedics) with a combined total of 50+ years experience in ringside medicine.
We have immediate access to an extended team of medics if required, as well as close links with ambulance and paramedic providers who are highly experienced in supporting ringside medical care.
We offer the following:
Fight night ringside medical care
Comprehensive ringside medical care for amateur and professional events.
Our team are accredited with Advanced Life Support (ALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and BASICS pre hospital medical care endorsed by The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Services include:
- pre contest medicals
- comprehensive ringside care, including emergency treatment provision
- post contest medicals
- suturing
- concussion assessment and advice
For amateur events our team will bring the following equipment: defibrillator, oxygen, supraglottic airways, bag-valve mask, capnography, portable suction unit, suture packs, dressing packs & ice packs.
For professional events all the above will be supplied, however, British Boxing Board of Control regulations require a minimum of one ambulance with paramedic and full advanced life support capabilities.
NAS Medical can facilitate the most appropriate ambulance provider.

Injury consult / second opinion and treatment
From cut assessment, re-suturing, scar revision, concussion advice, soft and hard tissue facial trauma, NAS Medical are the experts you need to see.

Deep laceration onto bone. Disruption of muscle. Wound contaminated with Vaseline

Thorough cleaning to remove Vaseline. Deep stitches placed to repair the muscle and reposition the brow. This ensures good wound strength and prevents the brow dropping. The skin meets neatly before the skin stitches are placed

Dissolvable skin stitches. This wound needs 8 - 10 weeks to heal.
